This mid-length documentary film captures a real-time board simulation executed by students in StartSe's Board Program. The primary challenge was crafting a compelling, dramatic narrative out of educational footage without losing its instructional core. Drawing visual and structural inspiration from reality documentary series like MasterChef and Catfish, the project leverages tight editing, pacing, and dynamic interview extraction to elevate an executive learning experience into a cinematic story. I spearheaded this transformation through end-to-end project management, directorship, script breakdown, art direction, and post-production coordination.
